DOS application is dead, are you sure?

This aftertoon, I bought some donuts. My children was so hungry. So I tried to bring them to buy some donuts in Dunkin Donuts at KM 14, Jakarta - Tangerang Highway.

But I watched and see that the Point of Sales was still used DOS Application. You know DOS? It is Disk Operating System. So I a little bit shocked why in this modern era, the internet era, I still see the application being used by the modern Donuts Store.

The application is developed using Fox Base 2.6. I do hope that I will know more application under DOS. You know, the latest technology is not a must. You just need a function and works application.
